By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item was shipped by gagacse.com.

The item is defective or incorrect due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or damaged in transit).

Item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:
Used or worn items

Items missing original accessories

Custom orders

Products that can no longer be resold

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at gogocase66@gmail.com. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at gagacase66@gmail.com.

Order Cancellation
Within 6 hours of purchase: You may cancel your order and receive a 100% refund.

6–12 hours after purchase: Your order may have already begun processing. A 30% processing fee will apply.

After 12 hours: The order is likely in transit and cannot be canceled.

Note:
Full refunds are only applicable when you place a new order and request cancellation of the previous one—our system will automatically cancel and refund the old order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at gagacase66@gmail.com.
